About The Role

A highly regulated organization is looking for a seasoned Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications to lead enterprise-wide corporate communications, public affairs, media relations, reputation management, executive communications, and strategic stakeholder engagement.

This executive will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership in protecting and enhancing the organization's corporate reputation while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
Lead media relations, executive communications, public relations, and corporate messaging.
Manage crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with media organizations, regulators, government agencies, and key external stakeholders.
Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Lead planning and execution of corporate events, executive forums, and stakeholder engagements.
Ensure communication strategies comply with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
Manage communications agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Provide strategic communications counsel to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or corporate relations, including leadership roles.
Experience working in highly regulated industries
Strong expertise in media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
Experience engaging with government agencies and regulatory bodies is highly preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
