Position Summary

As a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, the Financial Analyst will drive the financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Enterprise IT organization. We are seeking an analytically sharp professional who can transform large datasets into actionable business insights, provide robust decision support, and build strong cross-functional relationships within the global finance team. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who is passionate about continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Close Management: Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures for multiple IT cost centers. Take ownership of the preparation and review of capital-related accounting entries (including capital labor, depreciation, amortization, and project accruals).
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in driving the monthly rolling forecast and the comprehensive annual budgeting process for the Enterprise IT department.
Data & Analytics: Leverage advanced financial system knowledge to analyze large, complex datasets. Dissect OpEx vs. CapEx trends to provide senior leadership with strategic data-driven insights.
Variance Analysis & Reporting: Partner closely with the broader FP&A team to produce monthly reporting packages featuring key performance metrics, financial results, and comprehensive variance analyses.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities against the strategic plan, recommending corrective action plans to maximize returns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Finance and Accounting teams to streamline annual budgeting and monthly forecasting workflows.
Compliance & Internal Controls: Support internal control frameworks to guarantee absolute compliance with statutory regulations and corporate accounting policies.

Professional Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 4-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Technical Stack:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically complex Excel modeling and presentation-ready PowerPoint).
- Direct experience with enterprise consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, Business Intelligence software).
