Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

4–5 years or more under electrical engineering (solar PV or electrical construction preferred)

Supervisory experience managing field or installation teams

Knowledge of solar PV systems, instrumentation, and monitoring technologies

Familiar with PEC, DOE guidelines, and permitting processes

Experience using commissioning and testing tools

Willing to travel and work on-site
