Role Description: The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Muntinlupa City. This role is responsible for promoting and selling Alveo Land's & Ayala Land Premier's residential and commercial properties, managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective clients, conducting property presentations and site tours, answering inquiries, and providing guidance on available options. The Property Specialist maintains accurate records of client interactions, prepares documentation, coordinates with internal teams, and follows up consistently to build long-term relationships and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to present properties accurately and advise clients on suitable options.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to achieve individual and team targets.
Relevant experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Muntinlupa City, manage multiple clients, and maintain organized records.
Comfort with basic digital tools (email, CRM systems, presentation software) and willingness to learn company platforms.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred but not strictly required.
