We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship building, lead qualification, and strategic outreach.

This role requires strong communication and sales skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales or business development team.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients, target industries, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and other lead-generation channels.
Engage prospective clients and introduce the company's products, services, and value proposition.
Qualify leads based on established criteria, including business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and overall fit.
Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or discovery calls for the Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Maintain accurate and updated prospect information, activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and strategic engagement.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support lead-generation campaigns and business development initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed established targets for outreach activities, qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
Provide regular reports and updates on prospecting activities, lead conversion, and business development performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or client acquisition is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound sales techniques.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Strong research, negotiation, relationship-building, and lead qualification skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Ability to handle objections and communicate value propositions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting US, international, or offshore clients.
Experience in the BPO, recruitment, staffing, technology, healthcare, SaaS, or professional services industry is an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation, appointment-setting, or sales targets.
