At Mega Prime Foods, we believe our competitive advantage is our people. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to lead how we attract, engage, and hire the talent that will enable our organization to grow, innovate, and perform at its best.

Working closely with business leaders and HR partners, you'll shape talent acquisition strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and strengthen Mega's employer brand to ensure we have the right talent ready for today's needs and tomorrow's opportunities.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead enterprise talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities, workforce plans, and future talent needs.

• Build a proactive talent pipeline strategy for critical, leadership, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment function, driving quality, speed, hiring outcomes, and an exceptional candidate experience.

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to anticipate talent needs, identify capability gaps, and translate workforce requirements into actionable hiring strategies.

• Strengthen Mega's employer brand and talent proposition through targeted campaigns, partnerships, events, and talent engagement initiatives.

• Build talent communities and strategic partnerships across professional organizations, schools, industry networks, and other talent ecosystems.

• Leverage talent intelligence, recruitment analytics, and digital sourcing tools to improve talent attraction, conversion, and hiring decisions.

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team, building a high-performing and data-driven recruitment organization.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Leadership, Employer Branding, or Talent Strategy, preferably in a fast-paced and growing organization.

• Strong experience leading end-to-end recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, executive search, and hiring for critical or hard-to-fill roles.

• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence workforce and talent decisions.

• Experience building employer branding strategies, talent partnerships, and talent engagement initiatives.

• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

• Data-driven and commercially minded, with the ability to translate talent insights into business actions.

• A passion for building high-performing teams, creating meaningful candidate experiences, and shaping the talent that will drive the organization forward.
