About the Role

The Sales & Customer Support Specialist drives advertiser adoption, retention, and satisfaction while supporting campaign growth across the Client's advertiser ecosystem. Based onsite in Manila, this role combines proactive sales acceleration with high‑quality customer service to sustain advertising spend and meet global commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth: Support advertiser adoption, strengthen retention, and maximize satisfaction to scale campaign spend.
Complex Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot campaign performance, ad delivery, and account health issues using approved playbooks.
Omnichannel Support: Provide responsive support via calls, email, chat, and messaging while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Policy Enforcement: Apply consistent judgment in enforcing advertising policies with professionalism and empathy.
Collaboration & Quality: Partner with sales operations and compliance teams to improve customer experience and meet service level goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree holder
Candidates with 1 Year Ad Sales background or B2B Customer Support
Good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Willing to work in shifting schedule
