About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a proactive and experienced US Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position that will involve a night shift schedule. As a US Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing organisation. What you'll be doing

Sourcing, screening and conducting initial interviews with potential US candidates
Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified applicants to meet ongoing hiring needs
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics and KPIs
Continuously improving recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting role, preferably in the US market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates
Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and various sourcing/recruiting tools
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, remote environment
Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to delivering exceptional candidate experiences
