IT Support

Salary Range: $980 to $1,372 per month

Join a fast-growing IT services company as a key member of the frontline support team. In this entry-level role, you'll apply your existing IT knowledge to resolve common technical issues, support essential systems, and provide users with reliable day-to-day assistance. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience while developing the skills needed to take on more advanced technical responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

Assist with user management, password resets, printer troubleshooting, and other day-to-day IT support needs.
Manage incoming helpdesk tickets through voice and chat support, provide first-level troubleshooting, and escalate issues when needed.
Use Active Directory and Microsoft 365 to update user access, manage permissions, and provide account support.
Work closely with the FAST Team and technology leadership to strengthen your skills and gradually transition into more technical responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For:

IT Knowledge: Comfortable using Microsoft 365, with some IT experience or a relevant certification, such as CompTIA A+ or similar.
Active Directory Knowledge: Active Directory knowledge is required.
Highly Organized: Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple support requests effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy and precision.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new tools. Experience in printer troubleshooting is a plus, but not necessary.
Communicative: Able to communicate clearly, efficiently, and positively by phone and chat with internal teams and clients.
Experience: General work experience is required. Experience in IT support is a plus, but not necessary.
Location: Must be located in the Philippines.
