This role has been designed as Hybrid with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Provide professional solutions to the company end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence. Provide an escalation link for the company field employees, executives and channel regarding customer satisfaction issues including availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, complaints with the company and/or its representatives, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel.

Appliesbasic foundationof a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.Develops expertiseand practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Typically, a bachelor's degree & Min 1-2 years related working experience or master's degree with equivalent customer service experience.

Basic knowledge in the field of Customer Relations. Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of microcomputer hardware, basic- level knowledge of operating systems software.
Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills.
Strong in MS Xcel & Email communication mandatory (working experience)
Mature and needs minimal supervision, self-sufficient in managing daily task.
Someone that is meticulous, pays attention to detail and should be diligent in making sure no mistakes on process.

Working Hours and schedule

24/7 - Work 5 days week (weekends off) - rotating shift
Schedules: 8am to 5pm / 4pm to 1am / 12am to 9am (So far steady schedule for all but may change depending on business needs).
Follow PH holidays. (depending on volume of support needed)
