About The Role

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Plastics

Reporting to: Production Manager

Work Schedule: 5 day work week (onsite)

Job responsibilities include:

Identify mold problems and improve mold design.
Optimize injection parameters to improve productivity and quality.
Solve injection problems and develop preventive solutions.
Monitor the productivity and efficiency of the machines and operators.
Train and support Production Engineers.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years experience in Injection Molding Production Process.
Well verse in technical know-how in Plastic Injection Molding and its Process.
Experience in PVC injection molding is an advantage.
Experience in mold maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
