Bring Data to Life: Move beyond spreadsheets by building interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and executive narratives that turn raw data into actionable intelligence.
Optimize Performance & Profitability: Deep-dive into margin analysis, cost structures, and cash flow to help leaders make smarter, faster resource allocation decisions.
Innovate & Automate: Champion continuous improvement by modernizing our reporting systems and automating financial workflows.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience & Background

5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Finance.
Proven track record of directly advising senior executives and operational leaders.
Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Experience in fast-paced or multi-business sectors (e.g., Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, or Industrial Products) is a strong plus.

Technical & Toolset Skills

Analytics & BI Tools: Advanced Excel skills coupled with hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Lark.
ERP Proficiency: Familiarity with Odoo or modern ERP systems.
Financial Foundations: Strong grasp of variance analysis, revenue/margin drivers, and working capital dynamics.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus Points: Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) or an MBA/Master's degree are highly preferred.
