As an Executive Assistant, you'll become a trusted partner to global executives, supporting scheduling, communication, project coordination, operations, and day-to-day business execution.

What You'll Do

Manage executive calendars and scheduling
Coordinate meetings, communications, and travel
Track priorities, action items, and follow-ups
Support projects, events, and administrative workflows
Maintain documentation and records
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems
Use technology and AI tools to improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Professional communication and executive presence
Comfortable using technology and AI tools
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Training

All hires complete Athena's structured training program featuring instructor-led learning, practical simulations, executive communication, AI enablement, and performance assessments. Completion is required before client placement.

Compensation & Benefits

During Training

PHP 30,000 training allowance
HMO coverage starting Week 3

Upon Client Match

PHP 46,000/month package (paid weekly)
Comprehensive HMO (PHP 200,000 annual limit + 2 free dependents)
