We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Executives. This is more than a quota-carrying leadership role—it's an opportunity to coach exceptional sales talent, elevate deal quality, improve forecasting discipline, and drive sustainable commercial growth for one of the Philippines leading fintech companies.

What you'll do:

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll empower your team to consistently win and grow enterprise customers by:

Leading your team's pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment with confidence and discipline.
Coaching Enterprise Sales Executives through complex opportunities, negotiations, and deal strategy.
Driving higher win rates by identifying patterns, refining sales playbooks, and developing your team's capabilities.
Partnering with existing merchants to uncover expansion opportunities and increase long-term customer value.
Collaborating with Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, and other cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and accelerate enterprise deals.
Building a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for:

You'll likely thrive in this role if you have:

Experience leading Enterprise or B2B sales teams in fintech, SaaS, payments, technology, or other complex solution-selling environments.
A proven track record of consistently delivering team revenue targets.
Strong coaching and people leadership skills, with a passion for developing high-performing sales professionals.
Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
Confidence navigating commercial negotiations while protecting long-term business value.
The ability to build strong partnerships across multiple teams to move complex deals forward.
