Your Role

As a CXone Proactive XS Studio and API Integration Specialist, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain automated communication workflows and scripting solutions for outbound and inbound processes.
Build and support REST API integrations using JSON payloads, authentication models, and data mapping to connect external systems and internal platforms.
Develop routing logic, reusable workflow components, and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize workflow scripts, integrations, and system performance to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation and integration solutions.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Strong experience in workflow automation, scripting, or process development.
Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, authentication methods, and API-driven integrations.
Proficiency in JSON manipulation, data mapping, and integration logic.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams.

Preferred Skills/expertise

Experience integrating communication workflows with CRM or enterprise platforms.
Experience designing automated outbound communication strategies or large-scale workflow solutions.
Familiarity with contact governance concepts, including suppression rules and compliance logic.
Experience developing automation for campaign management, workflow administration, or system synchronization.
Certifications or training in automation platforms, scripting frameworks, or integration technologies are an advantage.
