The Medical City South Luzon is looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Services Associate to provide technical assistance and ensure the efficient operation of the organization's IT systems and applications. This role is responsible for delivering user support, managing technical documentation, resolving basic system issues, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting day-to-day IT operations to enable seamless business processes.

Provide user support and technical assistance for applications, systems, and websites
Manage and maintain data using established data management systems
