About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Maya, you will be a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, helping attract and hire the talent that powers innovation. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for critical technical roles, leveraging market intelligence, data, and talent insights to drive hiring decisions and deliver outstanding outcomes.

What You Will Do:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialist roles across engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, product, and emerging technology functions.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enable Maya to attract and hire exceptional talent.
Build proactive talent pipelines and engage high-calibre candidates before hiring needs arise.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring plans.
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and competitive hiring recommendations.
Apply structured and objective assessment practices to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring decisions.
Use recruitment analytics and AI tools to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and enhance hiring outcomes.
Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on talent strategies that support long-term business growth.
Continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in technical recruitment within technology, software, digital, fintech, or similar industries.
Proven success hiring technical talent in highly competitive markets.
Strong sourcing expertise across both active and passive candidate channels.
Experience recruiting for engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product, data, or related technical functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple hiring searches while maintaining a consistently high hiring bar.
Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly evolving organisations.
Strong understanding of technical talent landscapes, market trends, and competitive hiring environments.
Demonstrated ability to identify high-potential talent beyond traditional credentials and qualifications.
Track record of delivering measurable recruiting results and business impact.
