Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure Production line is loaded with enough WIP for continuous flow of activities
Closely work with Purchasing on the material delivery and ensure customer commits are aligned with any changes on the delivery
Collaborate and communicate with Engineering, QA, and Production for alignment and addressing the issues/concerns
Inform the customers for any changes of delivery/shipment commit
Escalate issues/concerns to Planning manager

Education & Experience

A bachelor's degree in BSIE or its equivalents with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in Semiconductior or Electronics (functional skills)

Skills

Leadership capabilities to manage a team
Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
Knowledgeable in Microsoft and formulas, PDCA, 8D, Power BI, and Oracle is an advantage
Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
