Job Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Support Associate to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in a call center or administrative support environment, even without prior experience.

The position primarily focuses on back-office tasks, including uploading and reviewing homemade invoices, ensuring information accuracy, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. There may also be opportunities to assist with additional back-office responsibilities handled by the Approvals and Verifications team.

Key Responsibilities

Upload and process data accurately and efficiently.
Review documents to ensure all required information is complete.
Identify and correct missing or incorrect information.
Maintain accurate records and organize files appropriately.
Communicate professionally via email and with internal colleagues (onshore and offshore).
Follow company processes and guidelines when handling documents.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Assist with other back-office tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

No prior BPO experience required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or missing information.
Intermediate computer proficiency.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and software applications.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
Organized, dependable, and capable of managing repetitive tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
