Summary: As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by representing the customer's perspective and ensuring that the product aligns with their needs and expectations. This role requires continuous engagement with stakeholders to shape and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog. The Product Owner collaborates closely with the product team to facilitate delivery and incorporates feedback through iterative validation and testing. This ongoing process helps to refine the product direction and supports informed decision-making to meet client objectives effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Quality Management. - Strong ability to analyze service processes and implement quality improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. - Experience in developing and maintaining service quality metrics and performance indicators. - Skilled in facilitating collaboration among diverse teams to ensure service excellence. - Proficient in using tools and methodologies to monitor and manage service delivery standards. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous service improvement.
