Overview

Do you have a talent for creating clear, user-friendly instructions Can you translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content Are you comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to develop accurate, comprehensive, and user-focused documentation, including user guides, help content, and instructional materials for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain user guides, help documentation, and instructional content
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language
Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to gather and validate information
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all documentation
Contribute to multimedia content, including instructional videos
Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field OR Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related discipline

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in technical writing or writing for technical/diagnostic content
Experience working in a structured authoring environment is preferred
