A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting client solutions to improve business processes and service management. Works closely with clients to develop custom applications, automate workflows, integrate third-party systems, and provide user training.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and customize client solutions for IT service management, customer service, and project portfolio management.
Design and develop applications, workflows, service portals, and service catalogs.
Configure system environments, user roles, and access controls.
Integrate client solutions with external platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.
Lead system migrations from legacy platforms to modern client solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Create technical documentation and deliver training to end users and support teams.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements and deliver effective business solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience implementing enterprise client solutions or business applications.
Knowledge of IT service management and business process automation.
Relevant enterprise platform certifications are an advantage.
