We're Ethinos Australia, a performance ecommerce marketing agency. We're hiring a copywriter who lives and breathes paid ads creative for DTC ecommerce brands - someone who's written scroll-stopping Meta and Google ads that actually converted, and can prove it.

This is a performance-creative role first. Ads are the core, with email and landing page copy alongside. If you've spent years writing ecommerce ad creative and you think in hooks, angles, and CTR, this is for you.

What you'll do

Concept and write high-converting Meta and Google ad creative - hooks, angles, scripts - for ecommerce brands
Turn product features and customer insight into scroll-stopping ad angles and unique mechanisms
Carry that same conversion thinking through the funnel with email flows and landing page copy
Use ad performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS) to decide what to test next, and iterate fast
Work hand in hand with media buyers and designers to ship winning ad creative

What you bring

Hands-on experience writing paid ad creative (Meta and Google) for ecommerce / DTC brands - this is the core of the role and what we screen hardest on
A portfolio of ecommerce ads you've written, ideally with performance results attached
5+ years in performance copywriting or creative strategy (agency or in-house ecom)
Strong grasp of funnel copy and consumer psychology (AIDA, PAS, and similar)
Email and landing page copy experience
Sharp grammar and an eye for detail - you catch your own mistakes

What we offer

USD $2,000 - $2,300 per month, based on experience
Performance commissions on winning ads - your work pays you more when it wins
10 days paid leave, plus paid public holidays
Fully remote
Monday to Friday, AEST hours (roughly 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila time)
