About:

At Affluent Co, we partner with ambitious brands to create high-performance creative that doesn't just look exceptional — it drives measurable growth. As a creative agency built for modern consumer brands, we blend strategy, production, and performance insight to deliver work that scales.

We are now looking for a Digital Graphic Designer who lives and breathes Meta ads. This is a performance-first role focused on creating, iterating, and scaling high-converting paid social creatives for fast-growing D2C brands.

This role is a mix of brand design-focus & creating ads designed to sell and scale performance.

What You'll Be Creating:

Meta paid social ads (static & motion Ads)
Performance-led statics, carousels
Multiple creative iterations per concept (formats, angles, messaging, design)
High-volume ad variations to support creative testing and scaling

Key Responsibilities:

Design, edit, and iterate paid social ad creatives for Meta and with a focus on performance metrics such as Purchases, CTR, CPA, and NcCPA.
Develop multiple creative angles per concept to support high-volume testing.
Turn briefs, insights, and raw footage into conversion-focused ads quickly and efficiently.
Edit and adapt UGC content into native, high-performing paid social statics.
Apply performance insights and feedback to improve creatives and combat ad fatigue.
Collaborate closely with the creative strategists, and media buyers to align creative output with campaign performance.
Present work clearly and refine creatives based on feedback and performance data.
Support internal marketing initiatives such as pitch decks, reports, and presentations when required.
Help maintain and evolve the agency's visual standards aligned with performance goals.

Requirements:

2+ years experience designing paid social or performance-focused ad creatives.
Hands-on experience creating ads on Meta for D2C brands.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and creative testing principles.
Experience working with UGC-style content (subtitles, pacing, overlays, CTAs).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
Ability to produce multiple creative iterations quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing paid social ad work.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting creative ideas.
High attention to detail and pride in polished, performance-driven output.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus, but not essential.

Who This Role Is Perfect For:

Thinks in hooks, angles, formats, and iterations
Has a keen eye for detail & a desire for perfection
Understands how users behave on Meta
Enjoys testing, analysing data, and improving creative performance
Wants to specialise in paid social creative rather than general graphic design
Loves D2C brands and understands what makes ads convert

Benefits:

Work with a high-growth portfolio of ambitious, premium consumer brands.
Be part of a performance-driven creative team pushing industry standards.
26 days paid holiday (plus public holidays).
Extra day off for your birthday.
Structured training and development.
A culture built on creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
