As a IT Strategic Business Partner, you will act as the strategic partner of executives and their respective units for all IT-related matters, as well as, serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact in IT for the assigned units. What You Will Need

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any 4-year related course. Masteral Degree is an advantage.
Professional: At least 7 years IT experience with 3-5 years in a Business Partner position.
Project Management: Proven experience of leading technology-enabled business change and influencing service strategy and putting the customer first.

Relationship Management: Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization, skilled in written and verbal communication to influence and engage others effectively
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues to high levels of performance
Technical / Functional Skills:

ITIL Service Management preferred
