BUSINESS LAW PARALEGAL

We are looking for an experienced Business Law Paralegal to support a U.S.-based Business Contracts Attorney. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in a U.S. Business Law firm, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has strong legal research, contract, and document

management skills.

Salary: USD $8–$10/hour (Based on experience)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and organize business contracts and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research related to U.S. Business Law.
Assist attorneys with contract preparation, revisions, and document management.
Maintain organized legal files and case records.
Communicate professionally with clients in English and Spanish.
Manage legal calendars, deadlines, and administrative tasks.
Utilize legal software, CRM systems, and document management platforms.
Provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Required: At least 1 year of experience working as a Paralegal in a U.S. Business Law firm or supporting a U.S.-based Business Law practice.
Experience handling U.S. Business Law matters and business contracts.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (English proficiency of C1 level or higher).
Bachelor's Degree in Law or currently enrolled in Law School.
Strong legal research, legal writing, and document management skills.
Proficiency with legal software, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Stable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps or higher preferred) with a reliable backup.
Desktop or laptop only (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
Minimum device specifications:

Windows 10 or later / macOS Catalina 10.15 or later
Minimum 128GB SSD or equivalent storage
Noise-canceling headset with microphone.
