Your Role:

As a Supervisor (Tax Forms), Client Accounting, you will:
Be responsible for preparation, review and maintenance of a high volume of US IRS tax administration forms and corporate registrations for a large number of entities in 40+ jurisdictions
Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly, accurately and with a high degree of professionalism
Ensure that all tax forms and registrations are performed and reviewed in accordance with established protocols.
Be responsible for calling the IRS and accurately transcribing information received
Be expected to perform other duties including maintaining trackers on MS-Excel, preparing weekly/ monthly reports, billing & invoicing and maintaining proper records of client work
Provide timely and accurate status updates to ensure deadlines are met

Display a strong team focus and willingness to assist other team members when required

Ad-hoc projects, including reporting, as required
Be responsible for coaching and managing junior staff.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

At least 5 years of professional work experience
At least 1-2 years of experience coaching and managing junior staff
Previous financial services, investment industry or accounting experience is a plus
