Your Role:

Responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of changes and releases to enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with ITIL-based service management processes, minimizing service disruption, and balancing innovation with operational stability. Works closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure effective planning, testing, and deployment.

As a Change & Release Manager, You Will:

Manage end-to-end change management lifecycle (logging, assessment, approval, implementation, review)
Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and stakeholder approvals
Oversee release planning, scheduling, and deployment
Ensure risk management, rollback planning, and post-implementation reviews
Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and audit requirements
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
Manage ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and CMDB updates
Collaborate across ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Configuration)

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

3+ years in change/release management
Strong ITIL knowledge
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
Risk and impact assessment capability
Strong stakeholder engagement
Analytical and problem-solving skills
