Your Role:

As a Facilities Assistant you will:

Implement House Rules, Regulations, and FaCS Policies to ensure a standard and safe working environment.
Manage the department expense tracker, ensuring all incurred costs are encoded and updated accurately.
Oversee inventory by monitoring office supplies, furniture, and facility items; conducting physical asset counts; and preparing regular management reports.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance schedules (Pest control, AC/Carpet cleaning), repairs, and site renovations.
Perform daily physical site rounds to monitor adherence to FaCS standards and provide investigative data for technical breakdowns.
Assist in emergency preparedness training and the enforcement of physical security controls.
Execute procurement tasks by completing purchase requisitions, sourcing vendor quotes, and ensuring the timely payment of service providers
Support workplace strategy by assisting with facility moves, set-ups, and managing seat plans in coordination with the IT department.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

Open to Fresh graduates | 6 months internship
Bachelor's graduate or any related course
Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management and expense tracking.
Ability to conduct physical site inspections and technical troubleshooting.
Proficiency in coordinating with diverse vendors and contractors.
Excellent communication skills to resolve staff and client concerns effectively.

Preferred Skills/expertise

Knowledge of health and safety standards (OSH, electrical safety, etc.).
Experience with asset management and procurement processes.
Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent facility issues as they arise.
