Your Role:

Respond to transactional and inbound enquiries that fall outside of managed or growth targets.
Respond and convert inbound enquiries with professionalism, solutions-focused service, and product knowledge.
Guide new and returning customers through product selection, sizing, and order placement.
Convert incoming leads into sales by identifying needs and recommending tailored uniform solutions, upselling where appropriate.
Process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently using our ERP and CRM systems
Troubleshoot issues related to sales delivery, exchanges, or product queries with a customer-first mindset.
Collaborate with internal teams across design, workflow, decoration, warehouse, and account management to ensure smooth fulfilment and follow-up.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay aligned with brand guidelines in all interactions.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

1-3+ year/s experience in customer service and sales
Proven ability to manage inbound enquiries and move customers through the sales funnel to a successful conversion.
Experience in a high-volume, professional customer service environment with a solutions-focused approach.
Ability to guide customers through technical specifications (such as sizing and selection) and provide tailored recommendations.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting delivery, exchange, or product issues while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Skills/expertise:

Prior experience in uniform solutions, decoration/embroidery workflows, or apparel retail.
Experience working alongside warehouse, design, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.
Experience managing complex orders or quotes where accuracy is critical to the supply chain.
