What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Ad Operations

Support trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms
Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and performance readiness prior to launch.
Ensure accurate timestamp tracking, tagging, and QA validation
Monitor campaigns in-flight and flag delivery, pacing, or technical issues
Support campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates

Campaign Management Support

Partner with Account Managers to execute managed-service media plans
Maintain documentation across order forms, deployment sheets, and tracking matrices
Align reporting inputs with performance and timestamp data
Assist with campaign billing reconciliation and internal tracking

Process & Scalability

Help standardize execution workflows to support higher-frequency campaign deployment
Maintain accuracy across global time zones (U.S. & EMEA coverage)
Support internal documentation and operational playbooks

This role is primarily execution-focused and supports client-facing teams in a back-office capacity.

Who You Are

Detail-oriented and operationally strong
Comfortable managing multiple campaign workflows simultaneously
Experienced in digital media trafficking or campaign support
Process-driven with strong documentation habits
Comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure flawless execution

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations
Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (e.g., DV360 or similar)
Experience trafficking IAB display and video units
Strong QA and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to manage global time zone coordination
