The Role:

This Operational Finance Manager role supports the company's next stage of growth, automation, and financial clarity. This is not a bookkeeping position. It is a strategic operational finance role focused on building structure, visibility, and efficiency across revenue operations. You will lead automated Stripe workflows, franchise revenue reporting, cash flow forecasting, financial controls, KPI development, and margin tracking. We are seeking candidates with SaaS or usage-based billing experience and strong platform reconciliation expertise across Meta, Google, Yahoo, and similar vendors. The ideal candidate builds scalable financial systems and delivers forward-looking insights that directly support executive decision-making.

Location: Must be residing in the Philippines (Remote)

Environment: Philippines and international teams

Language: Advanced English (B2 to C1)

Timezone: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Time), follows Philippine holidays.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years in Finance, Revenue Operations, or Operational Accounting.

• Experience in SaaS, subscription, or usage-based billing environments.

• Hands-on experience with Stripe billing and reporting.

• Experience reconciling revenue across Meta, Google, Yahoo, or similar platforms.

• Experience working in fully remote environments.

• Proven ability to build systems — not just manage transactions.

• Experience supporting franchise or multi-unit operations.

• BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience integrating Stripe with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).

• Experience in scaling or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and automate Stripe billing workflows.

• Improve revenue recognition processes for subscription and usage-based models.

• Identify inefficiencies in billing logic and implement scalable improvements.

• Reconcile Stripe revenue with internal financial systems.

• Document and standardize revenue operations procedures.

• Reconcile financial data across Meta, Google, Yahoo, and similar digital platforms.

• Ensure accurate alignment between advertising spend, platform reporting, and recorded revenue.

• Identify discrepancies, refunds, disputes, and revenue leakage.

• Build automated reconciliation frameworks to reduce manual dependency.
