The Role: Recruitment Specialist (In-House)

Compensation: Up to ₱50,000 per month

Imagine being the person behind every successful hire. You're not just filling jobs. You're helping companies grow with the right people, and helping individuals find meaningful, long-term work they can be proud of. You build relationships, manage pipelines, and bring structure to the chaos of talent acquisition.

As a Recruitment Specialist at ClearDesk, you'll work internally to help source, screen, and select remote talent for a variety of U.S.-based clients. You'll work closely with our team leads, understand hiring needs, and use your judgment to match each role with the right candidate. From job boards and social media to referrals and cold outreach, you'll use every tool available to bring in great people and keep our standards high.

What Your Days Might Look Like:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand open roles and build strategic sourcing plans
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and fit
Conduct video interviews and assess candidates for alignment with client expectations
Use ATS tools to manage pipelines, organize candidate data, and keep the process moving
Communicate updates clearly with internal teams and take initiative to flag delays or blockers
Help refine job descriptions, outreach templates, and hiring workflows
Stay up to date on trends in recruitment, sourcing platforms, and global hiring best practices

Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:

You've worked as a recruiter before and know how to screen beyond just resumes
You're familiar with sourcing strategies and creative outreach, especially on LinkedIn
You're detail-oriented and can manage multiple roles without dropping the ball
You're great at writing and speaking in English, and can hold professional conversations with candidates and teammates
You understand how to use an ATS and stay organized in a fast-paced, remote setup
You enjoy helping others succeed and take pride in matching people to opportunities
You're resourceful, curious, and always looking for ways to improve your process
You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
You can secure the required technical setup, including:
At least a 720p HD webcam
A noise-canceling headset
A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source
A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
