As a Procurement Coordinator, you'll assist the Onboarding & Support Team by coordinating the flow of requests that come in from HelpHub, Support Inboxes, SMF Collection, COI compliance and the Ask for Help queue. About the Role:

Lead in reviewing incoming emails. Redirecting or solving the inquiries for our vendors and users.
Manage incoming requests from HelpHub filtering them to the correct SME for guidance in the PTO tech stack.
Drive increased collections on SMF via quick communication with vendors who are seeking clarity on how and why it needs to be paid.
Coordinate the collection COIs to ensure vendors are in compliance with Risk Management Standards. Increase compliance ratings for each business unit by 5% each quarter.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Support ongoing procurement activities such as the Ask for Help queue, Supplier Onboarding, vendor reporting and more.
Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates.

About You

Experience in customer service, internal IT support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, ServiceNow/HelpHub, PowerBI.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
H.S. Diploma OR Bachelor's Degree 0-1 years
