What You'll Do

As a Revenue Recognition Analyst, you'll help ensure customer contracts are analyzed and accounted for accurately in compliance with accounting standards.

Your responsibilities include:

Analyze customer contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition and lease accounting treatment
Perform revenue allocation using Standalone Selling Prices (SSPs)
Process SAP downloads/uploads to support revenue allocation and recognition
Review lease classifications and contract termination provisions
Support revenue recognition activities for Managed Print Services (MPS) contracts
Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance when needed
Assist with SOX compliance and audit-related activities
Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
Work closely with Business Operations and Contract Setup teams to ensure timely customer onboarding
Communicate proactively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of accounting experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with global teams across different regions

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP and/or Power BI
Experience in an international or multinational company
Knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, IFRS 15, or IFRS 16
Spanish, French, or Portuguese language skills
