Experience working with enterprise AI, generative AI, cloud, or SaaS technologies, platforms, products, or industries.

Proven track record running multi-country marketing initiatives across JAPAC markets, with a nuanced understanding of localization vs. direct translation.

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to shape and lead our regional Artificial Intelligence Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across Japan and Asia-Pacific (JAPAC).

In this role, you will bridge global product narratives and regional market realities. You will define the marketing mental model for taking AI solutions to market across JAPAC sub-regions, working collaboratively with Global Product Marketing, Campaigns Teams, Regional Leadership, and Country Marketing teams. You do not need to be a deep technical engineer or product marketer; instead, you will serve as a high-impact commercial Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AI, capable of demystifying AI value propositions for buyers across segments, orchestrating integrated multi-touch campaigns, localizing global initiatives, and building regional GTM plays from scratch where critical white space exists. This will bridge global product narratives and regional market realities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the JAPAC AI GTM framework and marketing narrative across sub-regions, partnering closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Country Marketing Leads to directly accelerate pipeline growth and agreement velocity.
Adapt global flagship campaigns to local commercial contexts while building bespoke, region-specific programs, events, digital assets, and customer advocacy initiatives to address market gaps.
Serve as the primary regional subject matter expert for AI positioning, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value and enabling field teams with engaging messaging and objection-handling.
Bridge global and in-country teams to architect and land high-touch customer engagements like seminars and roundtables to showcase compelling customer AI transformations.
Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and market sentiment across priority accounts and segments.
