Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

Supervise daily sales operations across assigned retail sections.
Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve or exceed them.
Analyze sales reports and recommend improvements.

Team Leadership

Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service.
Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and evaluate staff performance.
Provide feedback and corrective actions when necessary.

Customer Engagement

Ensure staff assist customers effectively, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints.
Promote loyalty programs and upselling opportunities.

Merchandising & Promotions

Coordinate with store management to implement promotional campaigns.
Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and attractive product displays.

Compliance & Reporting

Enforce company policies, sales procedures, and audit requirements.
Prepare and validate daily/weekly sales reports.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management.
Experience: 3–5 years in retail sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of POS systems, sales reporting tools, and merchandising.
Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
