Your Role

As a Procurement And Stock Management Controller, You Will

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the procurement function by coordinating purchase requisitions, obtaining approvals, and managing end-to-end purchase order processing and tracking.
Maintain and update purchasing and inventory records within ERP systems (such as NetSuite or WMS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Raise and manage standard, special, and direct delivery purchase orders while reviewing supplier acknowledgments to confirm delivery schedules.
Proactively expedite outstanding orders by liaising with suppliers to resolve delivery delays, stock issues, invoice discrepancies, and related concerns.
Monitor stock levels and usage trends to identify, investigate, and escalate potential shortages, excess inventory, or system discrepancies.
Support replenishment planning and supplier discussions regarding pricing, product specifications, and discontinued items while helping mitigate supply chain risks.
Prepare procurement reports, operational dashboards, and documentation while identifying opportunities to improve administrative and procurement processes.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Previous professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or high-level administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a team.
A highly professional, reliable, and confidential approach to handling supplier and operational information.

Preferred Skills/Expertise

Hands-on experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and stock control processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
