The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing end-to-end operational support, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and on-boarding to employee relations and offboarding. Additionally, this role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries and workplace concerns.

What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment: Manage multi-channel recruitment strategies and maintain strategic partnerships to ensure a consistent and robust talent pipeline.
On-boarding: Oversee a seamless onboarding experience while ensuring full regulatory compliance to ensure that all personnel are fully equipped and operationally ready for deployment.
Employee Relations: Ensure all employee concerns are addressed with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism, providing guidance that aligns strictly with current labor law standards and with due process.
Timekeeping: Accurately manage employee timekeeping data with high integrity, while proactively monitoring attendance trends to identify and address chronic absenteeism or tardiness.
Employee Engagement: Design and execute strategic employee engagement initiatives aimed at cultivating a positive workplace culture and driving high levels of morale across the organization.
Off-boarding: Manage the end-to-end separation process of employees, ensuring that all company assets are recovered and digital access is securely revoked.

What Are We Looking For

Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or any other related courses.
With at least 3 years of experience as a generalist, preferably in a service or hospitality industry.
Has experience coordinating with Manpower agencies. Applicants from Manpower Agencies are a plus.
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Capable in multitasking and time management.
Willing to be assign in Mandaluyong City on-site.
Willing to be on a 6-day work week schedule.
