Work you will do

Understand, and gather business requirements & end user cases.
Write functional specifications and configure the system to convert business requirements into a working solution.
Provide specification and collaborate with the technical teams to handle enhancements.
Diagnose, analyze, and solve production issues.
Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organizations finance and revenue recognition process.
Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence.
Identify business process and system improvement opportunities to increase business efficiency.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Understand and adhere to change management procedures.
Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous technical improvements.
Deliver high profile activities to tight timescales.
Must have experience in production support.
Must have experience in client facing role.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

5 + years of experience in SAP FICO, implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Must have experience in S4 HANA environment.
Expertise in New GL, AP, AR, Cost Center, and Profit Center accounting
In-depth knowledge of FI-SD integration
Good to have exposure to resource related billing process (not mandatory)
Good to have - experience in Project Systems (not mandatory)
Should have hands on experience in conceptualization, design, and configuration in all the areas mentioned above.
Must have exposure to scheduling and monitoring batch jobs.
Must have experience in preparing functional specifications
Experience In handling custom programs/ reports, providing requirements to developers is preferred.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

Experienced in Cross process area experience in Product Costing, FSCM, FICA, PSCD and FSCD
Experienced in GL - New GL with Segment Reporting
Well-rounded in Accounts Receivable / FSCM, Accounts Payable / Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting & Internal Orders, Project Systems, Investment Management, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, FICA, PSCD, FSCD, Cash Management, Treasury
Worked on an implementation project of the most recent version.
Should have run Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map Business Process to SAP
Experience and ability working on an implementation project
Good understanding of the Business Processes
Ability to configure scenarios relevant to SAP modules.
Good hands-on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverables.
