Key Responsibilities

Manage transactional support activities including document indexing, Oracle system set-ups, and price updates.
Provide assistance through the Copeland Supplier Portal, including registration processing, internal and external training, responding to inquiries, and creating Advance Shipping Notices.
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to collect information required for surveys and other supply chain initiatives.
Support business continuity and collaborate with other Procurement teams to achieve organizational goals.
