You'll be responsible for:

Manages project information in line with Mace and system procedures.
Oversees onboarding, user access, and permissions across the project system.
Ensures document quality, distribution accuracy, and work package alignment.
Maintains reporting, supports RFI processes, and contributes to net zero carbon delivery objectives.

You'll need to have:

Knowledge of project systems (e.g. Aconex).
Understanding of construction information management processes.
Experience supporting document control and system use.
Strong attention to accuracy and compliance.
