Sales Execution

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Handle pipeline management, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
Work with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Achieve revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., Fleet Managers, Chartering Directors, HSE Managers).
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve safety, compliance, and sustainability through digital tools.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

Collaboration & Feedback

Share customer insights with product and go-to-market teams.
Support marketing efforts and refine messaging.
Partner with customer experience teams to ensure strong onboarding, adoption, and retention.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales and revenue growth, ideally in maritime, SaaS, or digital platforms.
Strong CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting.
Understanding of digital sales approaches is a plus.
Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working across regional/global teams.
Experience in brand-building activities.
