Owns/processes all PEZA-related processes, BIR, and works with our Cebu tax officer as needed for incentives, and compliance with DOH and DOLE.

Specifically, the role is expected to perform the following functions,

Processing of PEZA application and permits
Processing of Business License/Permit annual renewal
Processing shipments and maintaining asset management records for audit compliance
Display knowledge of laws and regulations, including related tax laws and regulations
Implement PEZA compliance processes and documentary requirements, including deadlines
Perform and comply with PEZA reportorial requirements (PEZA monthly and annual reports, TIMTA, supplementary schedules)
Work with NCR country tax officer to Implement tax laws and regulations applicable to PEZA companies
Work hand-in-hand with other department (Facilities, Payroll, IT, HR and Operations) for validation, streamlining and compliance
Processing Travel and Expense (T&E) reimbursements and works closely with local finance
Serves as Petty Cash Custodian

Requirements

2+ years of knowledge and experience with regulatory reporting and compliance, specific to the following government agencies:

Philippine Economic Zone Authority
Bureau of Internal Revenue
Security and Exchange Commission
Customs, SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth (working with NCR payroll officer)
BS Customs Administration or BS Commerce graduate. Relevant experience may suffice.
Logistics/shipment and PEZA experience is an advantage
