We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support month-end close activities, ensure data accuracy, and deliver timely financial and regulatory reports. This role is essential in providing insights that drive decision-making and help Finance and FP&A teams tell the story behind the numbers. You will collaborate across teams, support audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting quality and efficiency.

Position Responsibilities

Assist in managing the month-end close process and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Prepare and analyze financial, regulatory, and legal entity reporting deliverables.
Support audit requirements and compliance with SOX and global accounting standards.
Analyze movements (month-end, quarter-over-quarter) and provide insights to stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance timeliness and quality of reporting.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1+ years of experience in accounting and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/reporting systems.
Good understanding of IFRS and regulatory compliance standards.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
Experience in shared services or multinational organizations.
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate and Alteryx is a plus.
Familiarity with audit processes and external auditor coordination.
