So what does an HR Supervisor really do Think of yourself as the key person who will be in charge of taking care of the employees. Lead and make a change. You will be in charge of Employee Engagement, Labor Relations , and other related functions in the People Operations Department.

As An HR Supervisor, You Will

Drive programs under the People Operations department and in charge of case management and employee engagement.
Handle performance management and other special projects that may be assigned to you.
Improve, propose, and implement employee engagement activities.
Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people-related issues/concerns.

Do you have what it takes to become an HR Supervisor

Requirements

At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience from the outsourcing industry
Strong background in employee engagement/labor relations
General knowledge of labor standards, statutory benefits, employee engagement practices and other key HR process
Knowledgeable in social compliance and audit
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
Capable in maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent ability to network within or across functions through proactive communication
