The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue across TechStudio's products and professional services. The role combines new business development with account management, engaging both channel partners and enterprise end-clients directly. The primary market is Singapore, with sales support extended into Malaysia and Thailand as opportunities arise.

This is a mid-level, performance-driven sales role suited to a commercially hungry professional who is equally comfortable opening new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and working alongside channel partners to close enterprise deals. The role carries a fixed base salary complemented by an attractive, uncapped commission structure, allowing strong performers to scale their earnings in direct line with the deals they close.

AI tools form part of the day-to-day workflow. The executive is expected to use them actively for prospecting, account research, and pipeline management, and to contribute ideas that strengthen how the sales team applies AI.
