Job Description

Provide fast, comprehensive support to SPX Operations.
Monitors and actions the data request inbox throughout the day (bookings, allocations, data queries, requests for assistance etc.)
Completes data processing using programs e.g. G-Sheet, Microsoft Excel and other tools to validate and to monitor data provided by the team.
Design and build reports / dashboards to analyze and monitor the performance of the partners.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive business outcomes.
Evaluate and propose appropriate metrics for reports.
Design, implement reports/dashboards to analyze and monitor the usage of KPIs by partners and recommend improvements
Create reports and visualization tools (dashboards) to facilitate understanding of data.
Support performance improvement projects, being involved on the ground.
Extract data from systems and report provided.
Identifies opportunities to update or improve operational procedures and makes recommendations to the immediate superior or other appropriate staff.
Collaborate with other teams to improve reporting systems and provide new insights for actionable items.
Prepare Data Integrity and SLA and KPI metrics to support business reviews
Have a deep understanding of Shopee Express-Philippines running operations.
Assists others with workload when required
Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

1-3 years working experience in Data Analytics role or related fields (prefer experience in the logistics industry)
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain.
Have experience with SQL, MS Excel, and Data Visualization Tool.
Strong analytical thinking.
Ability to work with large data sets with attention to detail and accuracy.
Have experience in Logistics /Supply Chain is a plus.
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
Must be able to work independently and on a team.
Must be able to react to situations with a strong sense of urgency.
Prepare reports accurately and within given time deadlines.
Ability to learn and coordinate several tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
