We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead technical training, capability development, employee engagement, and site-wide learning initiatives for one of our plants in Luzon. This role is critical in building a skilled, safe, motivated, and future-ready workforce across operations, maintenance, quality, and support functions.

What You'll Do:

Learning & Development Leadership

Lead the plant-wide L&D strategy covering: technical, behavioural, leadership, digital, and compliance training
Drive Training Needs Analysis, competency mapping, and technical curriculum development
Ensure 100% compliance with all mandatory safety and regulatory training
Manage LMS administration, training records, and audit-ready documentation (ISO/DOLE)
Deliver training sessions and support OJT programs, SME networks, and certification pathways

HR & Organizational Development

Support HR initiatives including onboarding, performance management, talent pipelines, and employee relations
Lead site-level employee engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, and recognition activities
Support talent management efforts, including succession planning, career development frameworks, and capability-building roadmaps
Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, HR, and external training providers to ensure aligned development strategies

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Engineer (EE, ME, ChE, IE, ECE) or related technical field
7+ years of experience in technical training, L&D, or operations (heavy industry experience is a plus)
Strong background in competency management, curriculum design, and training governance
Experience in HR generalist functions (onboarding, ER, performance management)
Preferred certifications: Train‑the‑Trainer, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, IOSH, or related safety credentials
Strong facilitation, leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder management capabilities
Willing to be deployed in Rizal Province
