Your Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer (VoIP), you will:

Troubleshoot VoIP-related issues including call quality, latency, jitter, and packet loss
Provide technical support to customers via ticketing systems and remote tools
Diagnose and resolve incidents in a timely and professional manner
Document support cases, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

1+ year of experience in technical support, help desk, or VoIP support
Basic understanding of VoIP technologies
Familiarity with IP networking concepts
Experience using ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Preferred skills/expertise

Familiarity with VoIP protocols such as SIP and RTP
Experience troubleshooting VoIP performance issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)
Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira Service Desk
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong documentation and attention to detail
